What is BYCP ?

The Bangladesh Youth Climate Parliament (BYCP) is a pioneering initiative that empowers youth across 300 constituencies in Bangladesh to address environmental challenges and climate vulnerabilities. By fostering collaboration among diverse backgrounds, it builds capacity and encourages solution-driven action. The program focuses on promoting environmental education, advocating for policy reforms, and fostering sustainable development practices at the grassroots level. BYCP leverages the energy and creativity of young people to drive meaningful change, ensuring that local perspectives and innovative solutions shape climate action in Bangladesh. This youth-led parliament aims to significantly impact environmental policy, community engagement, and sustainable practices, setting a new standard for youth involvement in climate governance and environmental stewardship.
